2. Prompts and Uploaded Images — The text prompts you submit for AI generation, and the images you upload when you use AI image editing. These are processed to produce your results.
3. Generation History — Records of your AI tasks (model, parameters, status, and the resulting images) so you can view results and retries in your workspace.
4. Usage Data — Features you use, generation counts, credit transactions, and interaction patterns, used to operate and improve the service.
5. Device Information — Browser type, operating system, and device characteristics used for compatibility and abuse prevention.
6. Cookies — Small files that keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as language), and, with your consent, support analytics.
7. Payment Information — Purchases of credit packs or plans are handled by third-party payment providers. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

How Processing Works

• AI generation (text-to-GIF and AI image editing): your prompt and any uploaded images are sent to our third-party AI provider (fal.ai, which serves the GPT Image 2.6 model family) to produce results. They process the content solely to run your request under their own privacy and retention terms.
• Browser-side image-to-GIF conversion: when you arrange your own images into a GIF in the browser, the images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to us unless you separately use an AI feature on them.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service, including producing and storing your generation results.
• Deduct and track credits, process payments, and handle refunds.
• Send transactional messages (confirmations, security notices, support).
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated results to train AI models.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AI providers (fal.ai) — to execute the generations you request.
• Payment providers — to process your purchases securely.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Data Retention and Security

Generation records and account data are kept while your account is active so your workspace remains available; you can delete results from your workspace, and we delete account data within a reasonable period after you close your account. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secret encryption at rest. No internet transmission is ever fully secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Your Rights

You can access, update, export, or delete your personal information from your account settings, or request assistance by contacting us. You may also clear cookies and analytics consent at any time from the cookie settings in the footer.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
