Refund Policy

Automatic Credit Returns

AI generation is billed in credits per task. If a generation fails on our side (provider error, timeout, or invalid response), the credits for that task are automatically returned to your account — you never need to request this. Credits reserved for a task you cancel before completion are also returned.

Purchase Refunds

Credit packs and plans are digital goods delivered instantly, so sales are generally final. We will refund a purchase in these cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges — always refunded in full.
• Unused credits — a refund request made within 14 days of purchase, where the credits from that purchase remain substantially unused, is generally approved.
• Service failure — if a paid feature is persistently unavailable and we cannot fix it, you can request a refund for the affected, unused credits.

We may decline refunds where the credits have been substantially consumed, or where we have evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-refund cycles, terms violations, or chargeback abuse).

What Is Not Refundable

• Credits already consumed for successful AI generations.
• Credits that expired as disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Cash refunds for credits returned automatically after failed tasks (these are returned as credits, not money).

How to Request a Refund

Contact the support email shown in the footer of our website with your account email and the order number from your payment receipt. Requests are handled within a reasonable time, typically within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Any associated payment fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your place of residence.
