Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our AI GIF generator service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

The service lets you create animated GIFs in two ways:

• AI generation — you submit a text prompt (and optionally a reference image) that is processed by third-party AI models (the GPT Image 2.6 family served via fal.ai) to generate frames that we assemble into a GIF.
• Browser-side conversion — you combine your own images into a GIF locally in your browser, without uploading them.

Features may be added, modified, or discontinued with reasonable notice where possible. Generation depends on third-party AI availability; we do not guarantee uninterrupted model access.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your region) to use the service.

Credits and Billing

AI generation consumes credits, which you purchase in advance. Credits are priced by the model quality tier and the number of images per task, as shown at the time of generation.

• A generation task that fails on our side automatically returns its credits to your account.
• Credits are a prepaid balance tied to your account; they are not money, cannot be transferred, and may expire as disclosed at purchase.
• Purchases are handled by third-party payment providers and are generally non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.
• Depicts real identifiable people in misleading or defamatory ways (including impersonation or non-consensual imagery).
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Attempts to prompt the AI into violating the provider's usage policies, or to circumvent safety filters.
• Includes malware, spam, or content that disrupts the service's integrity or performance.

You also agree not to abuse the service through automated scraping, unauthorized access, or attempts to exceed fair-use rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your Content and AI Output

• You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit ("Your Content") and grant us only the limited license needed to process them and deliver results.
• AI-generated output is produced by third-party models and may be imperfect, inaccurate, or similar to output generated for other users. Unless your use infringes others' rights, you may use your generated results for lawful personal and commercial purposes, subject to any restrictions the model provider applies.
• Because of how generative models work, we make no warranty that output is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use the output and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The service itself — its software, design, branding, and original content — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including credits/billing history, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notified through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
